"Blast at the Wizards" Volksblast Pre-party - 6pm til ?
To kick off the weekend, Enrique at The Wizards, is kicking off the weekend with a party at his shop, located blocks away from the show site. The party is a laid-back atmosphere where out-of-towners can wind down after driving a few hours to Miami. All VWs are welcome to park for FREE at the shop and its surroundings while you mingle with other VW peeps. Enrique (The Wizard) will be working the grill and providing the eats on a donation basis. Alcohol will not be served, but feel free to bring your own and please drive responsibly! Tunes will be provided by DJ Abel and his DJ crew. Google Maps Location

"Miami V-Dubs CONGA RUN" - 12pm-4pm
Miami V-Dubs is hosting a Poker Run through the streets of Miami this year during the VolksBlast VW weekend. For those who do not know how a Poker Run works, I'll try to explain... There will be a designated route and you will be instructed to stop and pick up a playing card along the way at different stops. At the end, who ever has the best Poker hand, wins! Cash prizes will be awarded to the top poker hands!! Best of all, you get to cruise the streets of Miami in your VW at your leisure! Open to ALL VWs! Air or water-cooled. Any shape, model, condition. Just make sure it's road-worthy, follow and obey all traffic laws.
Driver Registration: 10:00 am - 11:30 am
Driver Meeting: 11:30 am, Run begins: 12:00 pm (noon)
All vehicles must register to participate. Dont forget to bring $1.50 for the toll!
Registration for the Conga Run is $10 per vehicle and includes a event map and goody items.

Proceeds will be donated to the “Police Officer Assistance Trust” (POAT). A local nonprofit organization that provides assistance to all law enforcement officers, who work within Miami-Dade County, and their families in times of hardship, personal crisis, or critical need. www.poat.org
"South Miami Nights - Wide 5 Bash" - 7 Pm till ??
We have moved the Wide5 bash to Fox's Lounge on US1 and 60st. It is located in South Miami only a few blocks from the show site. They have a DJ starting at 8 and live music starting at 10 pm. We have parking right behind the lounge as well as on US1 for early birds. Google Maps Location

"VolksBlast VW Car Show" - 8am-4pm
Viva la Volksblast! Presented by the Palmetto Bugs, Wide5 and the Miami V-Dubs. Come join 200 VW's as we SHUT DOWN THE TOWN! We block off 5 blocks of Sunset drive in the heart of South Miami. This is a great location for the whole family, with activities for everyone, including shopping, a video arcade, and our shows entertainment right on site! We will have a dj starting at 10 am, with a band playing live music starting at noon. We are limited to 200 spots on Sunset drive so make sure you dont miss out! The show will feature a dj, a live band and many activites throughout the day.

Registration is from 7am-10am. All vehicles (except vendors) must go through the registration table to be classed and to pick up your show placard and goody bag. Show entries will be parked by classes. All pre-registrants must be in the show area no later than 10 am in order to guarantee yourself a spot in the show. After 10 am, pre-registrants and day-of-show entrees will continue until the show spots are full. Pre-registration is highly recommended as last year we were packed to capacity! Preregistration shirts and goody bags are available until we run out, preregistration guarantees you a spot in case we meet city capacity, so it is encouraged.
New/Used vendors will have a separate entrance (from 58 ave, north). Vendors must be in the vendor area and setup by 10 am. Vendor spaces are limited so pre-registration is highly recommended as well! We are tight on space and respectfully ask that you bring the smallest truck/trailer that will haul what you need to bring. We reserve the right to ask tow vehicles to be moved outside of the vendor area. Volksblast is a participant judged show and judging forms will be included with every registration packet and must be filled out completely and brought to the Volksblast tent by 2pm.
